Working in a startup environment has provided me with unexpected growth and valuable experience. Early on, my co-founder told me that this would be a fast-paced, challenging environment, and that startups have a way of accelerating personal growth — and that couldn’t be more accurate. Being a jack of all trades isn’t just beneficial in this setting, it’s essential.
The dynamic and ever-evolving nature of startups forced me to step outside my comfort zone, taking on tasks that went beyond my usual responsibilities, which rapidly broadened my skills and knowledge.
