Furniture Shopping App

Most furniture stores focus on style, colour, or material options, but the most frustrating challenge for customers is the size of the furniture. No matter how beautiful a piece may be, it can be very disappointing to realize at the end that the size doesn't fit.

Instead of spending a lot of time browsing furniture that doesn't fit, helping them directly select within the appropriate size range can save them a lot of time. Choose the ideal material

We interviewed four people. Users dislike when there's no feedback after pressing a button during their experience. They were two 20-year-old college students who lives alone in a rental apartment, one 30-year-old mother who moves to her new townhouse, and one 32-year-old signle laddy lives along and busy at work.

It was my first time doing user interview. I gained valuable insights on the filter options that i need to consider and what kind of shopping experience they really want. Some of the feedback was about the size filter that people cannot figure it out when first using it. This was particularly true for older users who are not as tech-savvy. Through the whole interview from my friends and familiy, I was able to understand the issues from the users’ point of view and improve the design.
