Since Parkson's original system is currently insufficient to support the refined operations of the current market, in order to improve product management and intelligent decision-making, more efficient work and more extreme services, it was decided to upgrade the company's system.
The company's original system had problems such as difficulty in learning for new employees, lack of data analysis sections, confusing functional architecture, old visual design, and slow information sharing. This optimization redesigned the functional architecture, added data analysis, marketing promotion, member management and other sections. Beautify the interface, etc.
Responsible for the interaction and interface design of modules such as commodity management, inventory management, procurement process, and data analysis.
Participate in user research, explore user pain points, formulate design plans and make proposals

We conducted a survey among users and summarized the following survey results:
Customers can improve work efficiency and reduce learning costs for new employees. They can check inventory through multi-terminal commodity management, conduct scientific data analysis, provide decision-making suggestions, and communicate information between departments.
There is a lack of guidance and help for novices, flexible reporting requirements, slow manual statistical analysis, no reminders for approval and warning information, outdated interfaces, no sharing of marketing information, and weak customer management. When multiple people share computers, work efficiency is low.
The desired function can be realized and it is quick and efficient to use.

Design Specifications
Text specification
Taking into account that the system automatically calls up the default font, the WIN system uses Microsoft Yahei, and the MAC system uses PingfangSC. Different text specification libraries are produced to facilitate coordination between different designs and reduce errors.
Color specification
Parkson's theme color is green, which extends to the main product color of green #3EA64F, with orange #FF8E26 as the auxiliary color. Orange is full of vitality, which can brighten the picture and stimulate interest in work. Creating color specifications improves the readability and uniformity of the entire product information, making users visually comfortable, improving operational efficiency, and making it easier to use the product.

The workbench serves as a transfer hub for business distribution. If it is missing, employees will need to transfer and repeat operations multiple times after entering the system, resulting in high and low emotions.

The list is displayed horizontally within a single row, and the text is aligned according to the reading line of sight, in line with the reading situation. Search and filter functions are provided for the list to improve the user's efficiency and understanding of information.

Content layout:
Organize the information that users need to fill in and confirm according to a linear process, and use step bars to inform users of the complete process and speed, so that users can focus on the content and maintain a linear visual movement.
Form alignment:
Here we uniformly use right alignment to make the relationship between the title and content closer, keep the eye rolling trajectory in a straight line, and the screen height is limited, saving vertical reading time
